People of Kosmonaut festival 2019
The seventh edition of the Kosmonaut festival ended on Saturday under a heavy rain after a hot and sunny day, full of good music for the 15,000 attendees at Stausee Rabenstein, in the German city of Chemnitz.
The festival had begun on Friday, when Felix Brummer shouted: "Whoever is not about to dance dance now, didn't understand pop music", moments before announcing the long-awaited and traditional surprise festival headliner. This time it was Scooter, and his announcement left the audience happy and disappointed in equal parts.
Kosmonaut demonstrates every year that it is a festival planned with great attention and love, where to enjoy a great atmosphere in a speechless location under a good organization that aims to place Chemnitz on a map and locate the festival as a referent of good vibes and tolerance. A festival in which to discover new talents (special mention this year for Amilli) or enjoy great names despite having found this year a mixture of styles resulting from a programming perhaps too eclectic that in my opinion could sometimes compromise the rhythm of the festival confusing both bands and audience.
